Mental health refers to an individual's psychological and emotional well-being. It has an effect on how people think, feel, and act. It also influences us how we deal with stress, interact with others, and make decisions. Mental health is important at all stages of life, from childhood through adolescence and maturity. This pandemic brought us a lot of things including depression and anxiety. That’s why i want you to know that whatever you’re dealing with right now, never forget to keep on going. Keep focusing on how you can develop yourself, and how you can keep on learning. Your emotion doesn’t define you, and your emotions are valid.
